"5⭐ Tong Yang – SM Iloilo My family had a great lunch at Tong Yang. The executive chef was incredibly welcoming and treated us like family. My dad, who’s from Iloilo, brought four of his guests, and even though we waited about 20 minutes for a table, it was worth it. The food was delicious, and they even have unlimited draft beer — something you won’t find anywhere else in Iloilo. The chef took time to walk us through the menu, made great recommendations, and even shared a food tour itinerary for our upcoming Manila trip. It also happened to be one of our guests’ birthdays, and the staff made the experience really special. There’s a wide variety of dishes, so everyone found something they liked. Highly recommend Tong Yang if you’re looking for good food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere."

"I had a fantastic experience as a first time customer in Tong Yang. Me and my mom were in SM city Iloilo looking for a restaurant that serves great food with incredible ambiance and attentive customer service, all of these we found in Tong Yang. The food selection was great. Even better if there’s more seafood selection available. The only reason why I rated 4 stars for food because I was craving for sinigang soup that day and it wasn’t available. Then we have tried their laksa soup which was first time for me and my mom and we both loved it. By the way, my mom is difficult to please when it comes to food because she’s a great cook, but laksa soup captured her taste buds. We also tried their mushroom soup, it was okay but I think Laksa soup’s spices were overpowering than the mushroom soup. I wish that day there was a sinigang soup available. I hope the seafood section especially the fresh shrimps were topped up more often as it was empty that time. I really like how helpful and attentive their staff were. They serve with smile on their faces and willing to help more than what they can offer. We were seated in table 112, and the server who was assigned on that table was very helpful to tour my mom around the selection of food. The ambiance was also family/group friendly and perfect for special big gatherings. It was only me and my mom that day, but we were still treated special maybe because my mom is a senior citizen. Apart from the beautiful ambiance, the place was kept clean despite how busy it can be some time of the day. The music can be loud sometimes but my mom and I can still hear each other. We’ve visited this place on 19th of January 2026."

"We had a full tummy during our eat all you can during ate Tess 40th birthday celebration. My first time to eat here. 728 pesos for weekdays . A lot of food choices , but I think I will never eat again in buffet .I felt my tummy wanted to explode because I almost eat everything, except the rice ,the kakanins ."
